General Policy

All purchases of transcription credits are final and non-refundable. We provide a pay-as-you-go service, and the credits you purchase are added to your account instantly for immediate use.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used or unused credit bundles. Please ensure you select the appropriate credit bundle for your needs before completing the purchase.

Exception for Proven Fraud

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases of proven fraudulent activity. If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase credits, you must contact us immediately at info@intellimind.pk and provide verifiable evidence of the fraud from your financial institution.

Upon verification of a fraudulent transaction, we will issue a full refund for the amount charged. Claims of fraud must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
